Happy Earth Day!

Not only is today Earth Day, but it's also the first day of the 15th annual Iran Oil Show! Oh joy!! I thought it would only be fair to give the other side a chance to say hello on this great day. Pictured are Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad and Qatari Emir Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa al-Thani and they both send their warmest wishes to the West with this note from the Oil Show: "We wish to say hello to our friends in the West that are celebrating Earth Day. We want you to know that we love the earth also, for that is where we pump our oil from"

Well guys, hopefully with cars like the MINI-E and others that will follow, we won't need your black gold much longer so have fun while you still can...

  1. Love it Love it!

here's to personal and national energy independence!

    well done Tom!

  2. Thanks Peder.

I really couldn't believe the irony of Earth Day falling on the first day of the Iranian Oil Show.

    You can't make it up!

  3. Seeing that guys mug on an Earth Day post makes me want to puke

  4. I have a bumper sticker that says 'Starve a terrorist drive electric" I will be putting it on my first EV. If only most Americans would realize the real cost of buying oil from corrupt terrorist regimes.

  5. It kills me that we send billions of our money over there to buy oil. Imagine how much good that money would do for our economy. People want to complain about electricity that is produced by coal fired power plants. At least the coal was mined by Americans and the money was kept in our pockets.

  6. At first I thought it was funny but the more I think about it there really isn't anything funny about supporting these radical fundamentalist regimes
